Mission of the TMT Finance team is to structure and provide tailor-made financing debt solutions ( financing advisory, acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, infrastructure financing, holdco financing, refinancing) to corporate clients, private equity funds and infrastructure funds active in the Telecoms, Media and Technology sectors globally.
